It's an unusual story that it takes me back to the beginning. I'm a Russian immigrant who arrived to the United States at the age of 5. I was born with a rational mind and learned to play chess at an early age. Throughout my school years I loved reading books about how things work and read many novels. My mother was blind, and I often helped her around. I learned to use my words to show her the world that her eyes couldn't see. And my father was musical. He was a poet and a songwriter, and his creativity became my natural birthright.
I didn't know how it all adds up, but I got married at an early age. Twenty to be exact, and one year later I became a father. Fews years later we had a two more kids. We struggled financially because my income was meager and my wife stayed home with the kids. To help our situation, my wife started a wedding photography business and I joined the venture. The business grew over the years, but then the pandemic arrived. Wedding vendors were hit very hard, and we lost many bookings. Before the pandemic was over, we changed states and moved to a small town in North Carolina.
The photography business was lost, however I kept the experience and I was determined to start a new business. I turned my attention to online business and began studying digital marketing. More specifically I chose marketing for wedding vendors. This gave me a way to balance my logical and creative nature, while leveraging the experiences of the past. To me, marketing is a lot more than a job. It is the doorway to my passion project and represents my journey of progress. I'm honored to serve my fellow man with the skills I've developed and the gifts I’ve been born with.
Online Marketing Growth will evolve over time. For now the objective is to provide the best marketing services to help wedding vendors grow online. Over time, the business will be consolidated into a wedding and marriage passion project called BetterVows. Until then, it will remain as is. If you are interested in a business partnership or want to participate, please reach out, and we can discuss it.
Imagine a french cake that's covered in pink frosting, has white rose petals and sliced strawberries arranged in a swirl. It smells like french vanilla and has a layer of white frosting around the bottom. Compare that image to the rectangular birthday cakes that are sitting on the shelf of your local grocery store.
The difference is personalization, customization and attention to detail. That is the advantage of choosing one on one.
There is no break in communication between the client, the strategist and the
marketer. This is efficient. It's also more intimate because I am both the listener and the creator. I can treat you like a human and make your needs a personal because I can understand you.
I can promote your business by putting myself into your shoes and making decisions that are in your interest.
Additionally,I have a limited capacity for how many clients I can serve at once. This is because I am responsible for delivering results and will never take on clients I don't believe I can help. This means that if I am working with you, I believe in the opportunity and you are guaranteed the attention you deserve. You will not be at the bottom of a long list of customers.
Another advantage is that being small allows for agility. If things aren't working well, the marketing strategy can be changed without a fuss.
Finally I don't have a large payroll expense so your money isn't paying to keep a large agency afloat. You only pay for what you need.
If you still don't see it, try it for yourself and you will understand the difference.
First I have studied a number of marketing books and have gathered a large wealth of information. On top of this I've had the opportunity to turn this knowledge into skills.
Before I became a marketer I spent over 10,000 hours working as a coordinator. This refined my ability to organize and strategize. I have the means to assemble my knowledge and turn it into practical strategies. On top of this, I can evaluate any current marketing efforts to point out weaknesses and reveal opportunities.
My hard skills are in writing, ad creation, website management, paid advertising, strategy development and consulting.
I am able to provide a critique on website technicals such as load speed, brand messaging and I can help make improvements in these areas. I can write content such as blogs, descriptions, advertisements and social media posts.
I’m a marketing strategist with a number of marketing skills. I can help with the things I know how to do, and advise people on where to find the services for things I don’t know how to do.
